Recently, AdvanSol has been deeply involved in two major events in the Philippine renewable energy sector: the 15th Anniversary Celebration of the Philippine Solar and Storage Energy Alliance (PSSEA) and the 5th Anniversary Celebration of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). These important appearances not only allowed us to showcase AdvanSol's technological capabilities but also further solidified our partnerships and development in this key market.
On July 16, 2025, AdvanSol was honored to attend the 15th Anniversary Celebration of the Philippine Solar and Storage Energy Alliance (PSSEA), held in the Philippines. The AdvanSol team actively participated in the plenary session, the election of the new committee, and the inauguration ceremony. During the highly anticipated sponsor speech segment, we successfully presented AdvanSol’s latest products and innovative technologies, drawing widespread attention and keen interest from the attendees. Following the PSSEA celebration, on July 17, 2025, AdvanSol also attended the 5th Anniversary Celebration of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). TESDA, the government agency responsible for managing and overseeing technical education and skills development in the Philippines, plays a pivotal role in shaping the country’s workforce.
During the event, we contributed to the evaluation of TESDA’s existing course framework and engaged in extensive discussions with local energy professionals, further expanding our network and deepening our understanding of market demands. Through these interactions, we reached a consensus with TESDA to incorporate the MLPE (Module-Level Power Electronics) course into their current curriculum.
Our participation in TESDA’s activities aims to address a critical, often overlooked bottleneck in the rapid deployment of renewable energy: the availability of skilled and certified local labor. This reflects AdvanSol's commitment not only to short-term sales but to long-term investments in human infrastructure to ensure sustainable market growth and the successful operation of complex energy systems. By actively engaging with TESDA, we can directly influence the development of training programs related to renewable energy technologies, ensuring a continuous pipeline of locally trained professionals who are familiar with modern energy systems and potentially knowledgeable about AdvanSol's specific products.
